The absolute worst since their expansion. The doctors & mental health ppl they’ve hired should not work here, extremely unprofessional. The show lack of empathy and does not care about anything but will run that insurance up. I will never utilize this company ever again. Dr Dustin Hall MD should lose his license the way he cares & treat his patients, I feel discriminated on so many levels. Stay away!
Great location to get free testing for HIV/STD. No insurance or payment is needed for the first test of HIV/STD. Free HIV testing every 30 days. $75.00 for STD testing after the first one. The staff was very knowledgeable, confidential and friendly. The facility was nice and clean. They open at 9:00 am. They are also open on Saturdays. They will give you free HIV/STD prevention and have a lot of information about PrEP and PEP.
OMG, no no bad reviews. From parking to picking up the medicine, everything was PERFECT. When I arrived I didn't know much, so the security lady took me to the customer service desk (she was very polite). The customer service girl was very patient and polite. Afterwards I was seen by Shawn - prevention, he was very patient, very polite and nice. Afterwards Mss Shavon took care of me with so much kindness and education, that I was enchanted by her manner. She even took me to the pharmacy to make sure everything was ok. Thank you all. You're great !
It's a Non-Profit Wonder! They offer Anonymous STI/HIV screenings and services with Clinical Prep. /Medical, Mental Health Support, Housing assistance, Food Bank (much More)And a Complete Pharmacy for all People! Hallelujah for P.I.H.C!! What a Blessing they are!
Very clean and the staff is quick and professional. They tell you everything that will happen next and gets you in and out quickly for being so busy. It always has a positive impact. Haha
Had to leave a review because this place deserves it. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. Everyone was so helpful and supportive. Thank you so much for creating a welcoming environment for anyone to come to. This truly means a lot, especially in a place of health.
Absolutely ridiculous. Disorganized, mismanaged, no communication at all. My partner is now going his second round of missing several days of a needed medication because this place can't get it together...it needs to be fixed immediately. Similar situation back in January with bad communication between dr/case worker/pharmacy. This time a Rx refill was called in to his case worker...who swore it was put in...and was transferred to the pharmacy to confirm...this was Thursday 2/9....pharmacy then told him it wasn't in yet and he'd have to wait....he called several times and was eventually told he could pick the medicine up Friday 2/10..and acknowledged he had to miss that nights dose....so he made plans to pick it up in person and leave work early....he took marta out to Decatur just to find a sign on the door that the office was closed due to an all staff meeting! NO call...no warning...NO COMMUNICATION. He now has to miss a 2nd nights dose in hopes to pick it up tomorrow....we have NO WAY of confirming if they'll for sure be open tomorrow...he has had several "case workers" over the last 18 months...and it's just getting worse...people actually need help and you're putting them through this unnecessary worry and causing hardship. Absolutely ridiculous. Y'all need to get it together.
I had the nicest and most caring experience with Nurse Daniel. You can tell he truly cares. Camilla as also great and extremely sweet/caring. I’ll request to have them both when I come back. Everyone’s nice. Great place.
